During a time when long-term care was still evolving, David recognized the importance of providing thoughtful, respectful support to those he served.

After relocating his family to Dothan, he began building his assisted living work, establishing a culture grounded in care, integrity, and respect. Guided by the belief that nothing good happens without good-hearted people, David remains actively involved today — regularly visiting Harmonie Home communities and leading by example through his continued dedication and vision.

Jim Dennis has been connected to senior care from an early age, growing up alongside his father, David Dennis, as he built a company dedicated to serving seniors. From after-school hours to summers spent learning the business, Jim gained hands-on experience across all areas of operations, developing a strong work ethic and a deep respect for compassionate, high-quality care.

After earning his college degree and starting his family, Jim returned to the organization to help expand its services and communities. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees daily operations with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and innovation, while supporting the staff who make quality care possible. His leadership reflects a continued commitment to integrity, trust, and building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Kaylin Gurganus serves as Administrator at Somerset Assisted Living, a role she considers her true calling. She began her journey in senior care in 2017 at Whitehall Assisted Living as an Administrative Assistant, where she discovered both her passion for serving seniors and her natural aptitude for leadership. During her time there, she expanded into a dual role as Assistant and Activity Director, gaining valuable operational experience while building meaningful connections with residents.

In 2023, Kaylin stepped into the Administrator role at Somerset, where she leads with a philosophy rooted in dignity, respect, and personalized care. Guided by her love for people, her faith, and her devotion to family, she is committed to creating a community where residents feel truly at home, families feel confident in their care, and staff are empowered to serve with compassion each day.

Kimberly S. Keller serves as Administrator of Whitehall Assisted Living, bringing both clinical expertise and heartfelt leadership to the 32-bed community in Dothan. She began her nursing journey in 2012, earning her Registered Nurse degree as a later-in-life nurse—an experience that deepened her appreciation for patience, dignity, and truly listening to others.

In 2016, Kimberly joined Whitehall as Wellness Nurse, where she developed a passion for building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. She stepped into the role of Administrator in 2019 and continues to lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring every resident feels known, valued, and cared for like family.

Andrea Parker serves as the Wellness Nurse for Harmonie Home Assisted Living Communities, working between Somerset Assisted Living in Dothan and Providence Assisted Living in Ozark. She earned her Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Wallace Community College in 1993 and has spent more than 30 years caring for senior adults and supporting their families.

Throughout her career, Andrea has walked alongside residents during seasons of transition and change, understanding how emotional and complex those decisions can be. She is committed to serving each resident and family with compassion, guidance, and faith-driven care, showing love to every person God places in her path.
